Base of stretch fabrics

Do you already have some experience with the sewing machine but don’t know what to do with tricot and jersey? Or have you worked with them before but it didn’t turn out the way you hoped? During this workshop you will learn the tricks of working with stretch fabrics on your regular sewing machine (no overlock machine needed).

Sewing machines and basic materials are available, this is what you do need to bring:

• pencil, pen, eraser
• Stretchy fabric*
• Matching sewing machine thread

*Take for this workshop a stretchy fabric such as jersey, jersey or punta (di milano). For small sizes you will need 1m, for larger sizes 2m. But prefer to bring a little too much in case you cut something wrong.

The cost of this workshop is €65 for a 5-hour workshop. Please bring your own packed lunch.

Minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 trainees.
