Basics of the sewing machine

Have you always wanted to learn how to work with a sewing machine? Then this workshop is for you. During this workshop, you will learn how to thread and use the sewing machine. Additionally, you will learn how to cut fabric, pin, and sew your first sewing project.

Sewing machines and basic materials are available, this is what you do need to bring:

• pencil, pen, eraser
• 0.5m thicker fabric (jeans, upholstery fabric or canvas)
• 0.5m of thin fabric (lining fabric or poplin)
• Matching sewing machine thread

The cost of this workshop is €65 for a 5-hour workshop. Please bring your own packed lunch.

Minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 trainees.
