Develop your own style

In this course we will explore opportunities to develop your own personal style.
For example, you can begin by collecting imagery that appeals to you personally, to use as you paint. You will also be given examples from art history. You will look for affinities in the choices you make in color, tone, form, proportions and composition. You may work in oils, acrylics and even medieval techniques with tempera. From your personal interests, experiences and feelings, choices will develop and they will define your style. You will be amazed at the rapid leaps you make that way.
